Highlighting text in your captions can enhance the readability and visual appeal of your video content. Follow the steps below to change the text and highlight color in ClipMagic.


Step-by-Step Instructions to Highlight Text in ClipMagic


  1. Log in to ClipMagic: Start by logging into your ClipMagic account.

  1. Access the dashboard: Once logged in, the main dashboard will appear, showing options such as Home, Create New, Projects, Free Gifts, Settings, Support, Changelog, and Logout.

  1. Select a video:
    • To create a new video, click on Create New and import your video.

    • To edit an existing video, click on Projects and select the video you wish to edit.

  1. Navigate to the video editor: After selecting a video, the video editing dashboard will appear on the left side with options such as Design, Captions, Video Style, Music, Call to Action, Optimize, and Publish.

  1. Click on "Design": From the left-hand menu, click on Design.

  1. Access the settings: On the right side of the screen, you’ll see two tabs: Preset and Settings. Click on Settings.

  1. Edit the caption highlight: In the Settings section, a variety of options will appear for customizing your captions. Locate the Highlight option.

  1. Choose a highlight color: Click the box next to Highlight to open the color palette. Select your preferred highlight color for the caption text.

  1. Apply changes automatically: Once you've selected your highlight color, the change will be applied automatically to your captions.

  1. Save as preset: If you want to save these settings for future use, click on the Save as Preset button at the bottom of the settings panel.
