How to Download Logs

If you're experiencing issues with the app, downloading and sharing logs with our support team can help us quickly identify and resolve the problem. Follow the steps below to download your logs and share them with our support team for further assistance.

  • To download the logs click Settings from the left menu.

  • Scroll down and under Export Logs, click on the Download Logs button.

Share Your ClipMagic Logs

Kindly upload the ClipMagic logs to Google Drive or Dropbox and share the public link with us. Below are guides on how you can use Google Drive and Dropbox.

Option 1: Google Drive

  • On your computer, go to drive.google.com.
  • At the top left, click New and then File Upload

  • Choose the ClipMagic log file you downloaded. Another option is to drag and drop the file to your Google Drive.
  • After the ClipMagic log is uploaded, right-click on the file then click Share > under General Access change Restricted to Anyone with the link > then change the Role to Editor.

  • Then click the Copy Link button and share the link with the support team.

Option 2: Dropbox

  • Log in to dropbox.com
  • Click Upload under the search bar at the top

  • Then click Files and select your ClipMagic log.

  • After uploading the ClipMagic log, hover your mouse/cursor to the file and click Share

  • Click on Copy Link and share the link with the support team. Here's a link to an article on how to share files in Dropbox.
