Step-by-Step Guide to Sharing Exported Logs from ClipMagic
This guide will show you how to share your exported ClipMagic logs with the ClipMagic Support Team in two ways: Google Drive and Dropbox.
Before You Start:
Make sure you have downloaded the exported logs from ClipMagic.
1. Exporting Logs from ClipMagic:
- Open ClipMagic App: Launch the ClipMagic application on your device.
- Navigate to Settings: From the main dashboard, go to the “Settings” menu.
- Scroll to Export Logs: Scroll down in the settings until you find the “Export Logs” section.
- Download Logs: Click on the “Download Logs” button.
- Save the Logs: A pop-up window will appear prompting you to save the file. Make sure to choose a location on your computer where the file will be saved. Then, click “Save.”
- Locate the File: After the download is complete, open the folder where the exported log file is saved.
2. Sharing Logs via Google Drive:
- Go to Google Drive: Open your browser and navigate to Google Drive.
- Upload the Log File:
- At the top left, click on New > New Folder > Create New Folder
- Select the exported log file from your folder to upload it. Alternatively, you can drag and drop the file into your Google Drive.
- Share the File:
- Once the file is uploaded, right-click on the file and select Share.
- Under General Access, change the access level from Restricted to Anyone with the link.
- Click Copy Link and share the link with the ClipMagic support team.
3. Sharing Logs via Dropbox:
- Go to Dropbox: Log in to your Dropbox account at Dropbox.
- Upload the Log File:
- Click Upload (located under the search bar) > Files, then select your exported log file.
- Share the File:
- Once the file is uploaded, hover over the file and click Share.
- Click Copy Link and share the link with the ClipMagic support team.
