Captions Not Detected

Experiencing issues with your captions not being detected? Our support team is here to help you out.

Please share with us the video that you are trying to add to ClipMagic. This will help us gain a better understanding of the problem and enable us to support you more efficiently.

Kindly upload your video to Google Drive or Dropbox and share the public link with us.

Option 1: Google Drive

  • On your computer, go to drive.google.com.
  • At the top left, click New and then File Upload

  • Choose the video file that you will be uploading. Another option is to drag and drop the file to your Google Drive
  • After the video is uploaded, right-click on the video then click Share > under General Access change Restricted to Anyone with the link > then change the Role to Editor

  • Then click the Copy Link button and share the link with the support team.

Option 2: Dropbox

  • Log in to dropbox.com
  • Click Upload under the search bar at the top

  • Then click Files and select your video

  • After uploading the video, hover your mouse/cursor to the video and click Share

  • Click on Copy Link and share the link with the support team. Here's a link to an article on how to share files in Dropbox.
