How to Add Captions
Adding captions to your videos is a simple yet powerful way to enhance accessibility and engagement. In this guide, we'll walk you through the step-by-step process of adding captions, ensuring your content is clear and easy to follow for all viewers.
To add captions to your videos manually, kindly follow the steps below:
- Click Captions in the left menu.
- Select the nearest caption where you would like to add new captions.
- Click the Up and Down Arrow icon.
- After clicking the Up and Down Arrow icon, you'll see the option to add a caption either above or below.
- In this example, we added a caption above. You'll notice that the default message is 'My Captions'. No worries! The caption you added can be edited. You can also use this feature to add more information about your video or provide additional context for your viewers.
- To adjust the timing of the newly added caption, click the time interval. After clicking the time interval, you can adjust the Start and End time of the new caption.
- Adjust the start and end times of the new caption by moving the slider or manually entering the number of seconds.

- To delete a caption, click the "Delete" icon. Once clicked a confirmation message will appear, click the "Yes" button to confirm the deletion of the caption.
