How to Edit Individual Captions
Customize your captions by adjusting the text and appearance. Editing individual captions gives you control over the font, color, and formatting to match your video’s style.

Editing Individual Captions
- To do this add a new project or open an existing project and click Captions in the left menu.
- On this page, your captions and timeline will be shown. You can select a specific caption that you would like to edit.
- Once you've chosen a caption, you can add emojis, videos, cool effects, images, and tweak the text to perfection.
- To start editing an individual or a specific caption click the caption text in your canvas and then click the "Lock" icon. This will unlock the caption.
- Once the caption is unlocked, you can start editing it. Note: Only the specific unlocked caption will be edited; other captions will remain unaffected. Check out our article Lock/Unlock Captions for a more detailed guide on how to edit individual or specific captions.
- You can utilize the Pencil Icon for a more advanced option to edit the caption. It offers a range of additional options for you to customize your captions. With this feature, you can modify the font, font color, highlight color, and other settings. How to Add and Remove Emojis
Add expressive visuals to your captions to make your content more engaging and enjoyable. It's the perfect way to add personality and context to your videos!
- To add emojis to your captions, click the emoji icon.
- A window will appear displaying various emojis. To add emojis, simply click on the emoji you would like to add to your caption.
- Once an emoji is selected, it will be shown along with your caption.
- To remove an emoji, click the delete icon in the emoji window.
